The SULIMANGHAR CULTURAL ASSOCIATION ‘Authority was established in Afghanistan year 1998 and its first cultural and scientific activities started from Paktia province of Afghanistan. In a series of regular human movements, he started publishing SULIMANGHAR Magazine with the official license in the year 2005 for the work of humanity, training and employment of the Excellence generation. The newspaper also started printing year of 2014 The SULIMANGHAR CULTURAL ASSOCIATION (SCA) was officially registered as a non-governmental organization (NGO) with an official license.
The founders opened an office that started the first humanitarian work for the welfare of the people. The SULIMANGHAR CULTURAL ASSOCIATION (SCA) has six thousand philosophers in the world. SCA has been working from 1998 for the social and studies research & publishing a large number of researcher’s works and sharing results with the world. For the first time year 2015, SCA has opened the SULIMANGHAR Research Library in Gardez, the capital of Paktia province, Afghanistan, which has thousands books and is still active in scientific and research activities.
